Playing Catch-Up

Life has been crazy around these parts, but we've been enjoying ourselves this past weekend and I finally feel like I have a little room to breathe.

First off, I want to wish a very, very happy birthday to my beautiful Anna Banana who is now officially 3.  She's at a wonderful age just now, filled with wonder, and messiness, and creativity.  She has personality growing out of her ears and teaches us something new every single day.  I have to say that as I sit and think, I am realizing even more how each day is a gift with her.  I know I am so blessed to have her, and Abbi in my life.  So many don't get that chance.  We're really celebrating our family, and how Anna's life and her spark light us all up so much, on the anniversary of her birth this year... she is such an amazing person, and a truly beautiful addition to our family in so many ways.

We've been busy aside from birthdays as well, not only celebrating Thanksgiving this last week, and decorating for Christmas, but also just going back and forth to doctor and therapy appointments nearly every day (sometimes more than once a day) for Miss Abbi.  She has really had a go of it the past few weeks.  Amazingly, she keeps on smiling.  I'm so thankful for her resilient spirit.  She amazes me.
